SOUTH KOREA

Leadership of a one-week feasibility workshop in September 2012 about the industrialisisation of an automatic transmission at a south korean OEM, who did not manufacture transmissions so far.

Work out and plausibility check of project strategy, masterplan, business plan and of all key data for the realisation of the project with the top management of the OEM, the german licensor and a international leading engineering services provider. Input of personal know-how from the responsibility of the industrialisation of the same automatic transmission a decade ago at Chrysler in USA.

Responsible compilation and reconciliation of all data as base for the management board decision paper of the korean-indian OEM as a consulting assignment for INTERIM[4]AUTOMOTIVE.
